Second Man Charged In Killing of Windsor Man
HARTFORD COURANT

Hartford police have arrested a second man in connection with the Oct. 3, 2009 killing of Windsor man in the parking lot of Club Vibz on Main Street in the North End.

Antwan Sease, 21, of 57 New King St., Enfield, was charged with murder, felony murder, first-degree robbery, criminal use of a firearm and conspiracy. He was ordered held on $2 million bail after his arraignment Friday in Superior Court in Hartford.

Sease and Quan Morgan, 21, who was arrested in May, are charged with robbing and killing Edward Haslam of Windsor as he sat in his car in the club parking lot.

Hartford police major crimes division detectives, working with the cold case squad from the Chief State's Attorney's office, built the case against Sease. Hartford patrol officers picked him up Thursday.
